tosa patchset

This is an updated tosa support for linux-rp-2.6.24.
The patchset is just a copy of my patchset. Most patches are pretty
unintrusive, so they are placed into 'generic' part. gpiolib, clocklib and few
hacks are left inside tosa-specific part of the tree.
