CapsLock now works even in console with 2.6.24 kernel and updated keymap.
NumLock is not working and will not be trivial to implement, because the number
keys are not dedicated number keys. Rather they are Fn+<Letter Key>. Please
open a new bug for Num_Lock functionality in either kernel or opie/gpe level.

Obsoleting patch (Thanks anyway Holger) and closing as fixed.
