So bug 4294 is making it a bit hard to look at Tosa specifically, but I
strongly suspect the problem is that the Tosa kernel config (and maybe a few
others) needs some TLC to get things setup sanely and to work with current
udev.  But that bug 3886 isn't the problem here.
