[Bug 4338] reboot doesn't reboot

On reboot, after a while, screen goes blank. Backlight on.
No action noticable.
Blue and orange/yellow leds on on on the ipaq.

Reset don't work.

Battery removal (for a while) makes the device usable again.


What is happening?
