That is interesting as when I looked at the init from poky and the one in OE it
seemed the major difference was OE one used udevsettle and poky one didn't

I wonder if something udevsettle uses is missing from the c7x0 rootfs/kernel.
Might be an idea to strace udevsettle and see if it fails.
