Could be that syslog-ng needs it configure fixed, because the dependency on
libnet SHOULD be configurable (and we want minimal dependencies in general, no
bloat).

Some Googling gave me this:

"Using version 2.0.4.

I found that ./configure STILL uses libnet even though I did NOT select
the spoofing."

So let's try to fix that first. Maybe upstream or buildroot or some other build
env has the proper fix already.
