add g_ether to h2200.conf

USB networking does not work out of the box on h2200, because g_ether (not any
other usb networking module) is loaded by default.

To fix this please add:
module_autoload_g_ether = "g_ether"
to h2200.conf in OE. 
Here's a patch fixing that.
