simpad kernel update to 2.6.24

hello,
this is a patch to upgrade simpads kernel to 2.6.24

*fixes simpads pcmcia problem
(without no hostap_cs is possible)
*adds kexec and atag support
*defconfig changed to support more devices

CAUTION:
this kernel updates requires changing mkfs.jffs2 command line to do not -n
(no-cleanmarkers)! else jffs2 crashes on simpad!

unfortunately I am not able to test with .dev branch. but everything works well
with .angstrom-stable :).
