[Bug 3969] opie image uses MACHINE_TASK_PROVIDER which defaults to task-base

Option #4: Do the same as x11-image does. Formulates such, it gives grounds to
do anything, as that's going to be at least consistent with something having
expected behavior. I guess that's going to be #2, but "please become sure" ;-).

P.S. Remember there's opie-image-16mb. *It* should be minimal. opie-image is
free to include whatever realworld-useful.
