this is due to 

PROVIDES = "bluez-utils-dbus"

in bluez-utils3.inc

It should probably be overwritten in bluez-cups-backend or bluez-cups-backend
should not include bluez-utils3 in the first place.

Besides, there's a _ton_ of bluez files in OE and the recipes should be cleaned
up.
