A recipe file for dt, version 15.14

The program 'dt' (see
http://home.comcast.net/~SCSIguy/SCSI_FAQ/RMiller_Tools/dt.html) has been an
invaluable tool for testing new SD/MMC, mDOC, etc, host controllers.  I've
attached the recipe file we've written for building/installing this program.
