[Bug 3969] opie image uses MACHINE_TASK_PROVIDER which defaults to task-base

Thank you for the feedback.

I have fixed the following issues in the new patch:

1) Changed the DEPENDS for opie-image to task-base instead of
task-base-extended (to match x11-*-image)
2) removed merge_feeds from IMAGE_PREPROCESS_COMMAND for opie-image-16mb. This
is currently broken in .dev and also not needed anymore.

Please review and push to .dev if possible.
