I can confirm that libxml2-native-2.6.29-r3 installs the xml2-config script
properly in the native stating directory (here:
tmp/staging/i686-linux/usr/bin/xml2-config) which should satisfy php-native. So
I see no reason at all why libxml2-2.6.29-r5 should install its config script
in the same location.
