adds rtc and connectplus patches to linux 2.6.24 

Hello,
this patch solves bugs 4084 and 3990 I decided to create this new patch to be
able to hand the patch in as one piece.

It adds:
linux-2.6.24-SIMpad-rtc-sa1100.patch (contributed by mrdata)
connectplus-remove-ide-HACK.patch (from linux-rp-2.6.24 )

and updates linux_2.6.24.bb

for bug 3990 note:
connectplus-prevent-oops-HACK.patch is not needed because
linux-2.6.24-SIMpad-hostap_cs-shared-irq.patch does something equal.
