libtool-native is stages slightly incorrectly with regard to libltdl. Corrected
in the attached recipe. Only packages that depend on properly statged libltdl
are impacted so this issue has previously gone undetected, except for in the
nslu2 slugos-3.10-beta distribution in which it was corrected. It then
re-emerged in subsequent releases. This issue should really be corrected at the
OE level across the board though.
