new recipes for libmatroska (media container library) and its dependency
libebml.
with these packages installed, e.g. gst-plugins-good will build automatically
including the matroska plugins. the origial static makefiles look horrible, but
they're not my doing. autotools would be a lot nicer, maybe i'll have it
figured out on my next recipe since this was my first try ;)
