ffmpeg.inc says that the license is LGPL but the compilation options are set to
compile the GPL version of FFMpeg.

        --enable-gpl \


Similarly, in ffmpeg_svn.bb:
EXTRA_OECONF += " \
        [...]
        --enable-nonfree \
        --enable-swscaler \

swscaler is a GPL component, not LGPL.
The "nonfree" option makes the package undistributable.

I don't know what the possibilities for "LICENSE" are but as-is, it should be
something like "undistributable". If the "--enable-nonfree" is removed, it
should be "GPL".
