patch that solves the problem which is described in the PR

For some reason linux-libc-headers are not part of the package that is produced
by meta-toolchain for uclibc builds. It does happen for glibc though.

Steps to reproduce:

build for Angstrom 2007.12 / OE.stable / ARM / uClibc / EABI

bitbake meta-toolchain

Inspect the resulting package in the deploy/sdk directory. You will see that
asm-generic is missing in includes.


The solution is to add linux-libc-headers-dev to RDEPENDS in task-sdk.bb
