Thank you for providing the recipe.  My comments

* This looks like a dead project.  Why should we add the recipe?
  Are there no alternatives?
* It is GPLv2 IIRC (check other recipes)
* I have never seen the flag stuff in this form.  This does not mean it is
  wrong, I've just never seen it.  Try to rgrep for "FLAGS" or "fexpensive"
  in the packages directory and you will see if other recipes do it the same
  way as you.
* we don't have the MAINTAINER field anymore
