fix to specify limits.h explicitly.
Currently I stumble over building zeroconf with newer glibc/eglibc. Reason is
that it uses constants from limits.h and depends on indirect include of
limits.h which was true in older versions of glibc but with the commit here
http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/libc/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/socket.h.diff?r1=1.60&r2=1.61&cvsroot=glibc
this wont work.
Attached patch fixes this problem. Tested on mpc8313e-rdb/angstrom-2008.1
