Summary: jffs2 flash issues LAB/jffs image
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: Angstrom 2007.12
          Platform: ARM
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P3
         Component: org.openembedded.stable
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: udovdh at xs4all.nl

Using http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/ipaq-h2200-series, step 3 on H2210
ipaq.

erasemtd 3 while in LANB gives a set of kernel-related error messages through
the LAB output. can supplu actual garbled output but this requires setting up
and destroying the pda yet again.

FLashing Angstrom-x11-image-glibc-ipk-2007.12-h2200.rootfs.jffs2 looks OK.

After flashing a mount of the internal flash gives me a load of
CLEANMARKER node found at 0x01638000 has totlen 0xc != normal 0x0.

http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-mtd/2004-June/009835.html says it is
an image-related issue; why is it not done with -n then?
And then there is
http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-mtd/2007-June/018591.html with a
conclusion.

In short: please make it so that I can flash the jffs2 without messages.
W.r.t. building the image all is clear i guess, just the LAB problem is harder
to debug?
