It would improve the overview of failed packages IMHO to unexpand the tasks
from view.

steps to reproduce
1. go to http://tinderbox.openembedded.net/packages/
2. select only failed packages
3. each package shows all tasks, including the ones that succeeded
   I think it would be safe to assume that at this point, the visitor is mostly
   concerned with getting an overview of failed packages.  IMHO this would be
   better achieved by unexpanding the task list for all packages.  Right now,
   one has to click on all the green plusses to achieve that and a page refresh
   returns to "all-expanded"
