This is not a problem in opkg-nogpg but rather in gnutls.inc. I assume there
has been an upstream bug and it was fixed in OE by adding 

fix wrong dependency
do_configure_prepend() {
    sed -i s,gcrypt,libgcrypt, lib/gnutls.pc.in
}

to gnutls.inc. But now that the problem is fixed upstream this dependency fix
creates a problem itself and thus we get that "liblibgcrypt".

I got Angstrom-2008.1 to compile for beagleboard by removing that
do_configure_prepend() from gnutls.inc.
