bbfile and patches for ebtables_2.0.8-2

org.openembedded.dev contains ebtables 2.0.6, although there is already version
2.0.8-2 available. Attached tarball contains patches and bbfile neccessary to
correctly build ebtables. Please note that ebtables source builds separate
binary and dynamic libraries by default, so does this package.
