Wesnoth 1.4.5 doesn't cross compile for me because of this line:
       --with-boost=${STAGING_INCDIR} \
It creates a -I/usr/include right after checking for boost in the config.log

In order to solve the problem...I looked at my old bb file that worked and
looked at the variables inside bitbake.conf.

so I changed the line to:
--with-boost=${STAGING_DIR_HOST}/${layout_exec_prefix} \

and it worked...

I'll attach the patch after testing the package on my device
