gnome-panel 2.24 wants 'scrollkeeper-config'. Either we are missing a
dependency here or we need the native version of this tool.

Error message:

checking for scrollkeeper-config... no
configure: error: Couldn't find scrollkeeper-config. Please install the
scrollkeeper package
FATAL: oe_runconf failed
