small-gtkfilechooser.patch

I've forward-ported Paul's GtkFileChooser patch to newer gtk+ (2.14.3 in fact,
which is not in OE yet, but applies to 2.14.2 as well), so we can have
filechooser usable on small screens in .dev branch again. Just put attached
patch into packages/gtk+/gtk+-2.14.2 , and add it to the list of patches in
SRC_URI in packages/gtk+/gtk+_2.14.2.bb recipe.
