After configure stage of e2fsprogs, the generated Makefiles don't contain
MKINSTALLDIRS in expanded form -- instead of that, only @MKINSTALLDIRS@ string
can be found, which causes install phase to fail. It looks like original
tarball contains aclocal.m4 with macros handling this, but aclocal.m4 from
unpacked and configured e2fsprogs doesn't. Using automake-native-1.10,
autoconf-native-2.61, libtool(-native|-cross)-2.2.4.
