patch to enable fastcgi interface

php_5.2.6.bb is build with cgi interface but without fastcgi.  As the CPU power
of embedded devices is limited it would be better to use the faster fastcgi
interface.

The attached patch configures the fastcgi interface but fails to create a
php-fcgi executable on the target.
