git patch to add the php checksum entry

The php-native (and I suppose php) recipe(s) fail to fetch because there is no
corresponding entry in the checksum.ini file

The attached git patch adds the entry and fixes the problem.

The md5 checksum has been checked with the one on
http://us2.php.net/downloads.php
