Looks like broken behaviour of 'gpe-conf login-setup' is caused by move
S98lock-display from /etc/apm/resume.d/ to /etc/apm/suspend.d/ (see upstream
bug
http://bugs.linuxtogo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=125 ) and not fixing path in gpe-conf
accordingly.
