helper tool for mysql build

I started to work on recipes to build mysql 5.0.67 within OpenEmbedded.
Unfortunately I got into some trouble with autotools (it says the macros in
some file are from an older aclocal) and was not able to find a fix for it.

I will not spend more time on the recipes but would like to publish here what I
made so far. That way anyone who wants to continue this can take my stuff as a
base.

The mysql-genlexhash-native recipe solely builds a helper tool that is needed
for crosscompiling mysql (I think that the approach taken in the mysql 4.x
recipes is wrong. One does not need to compile the whole mysql for the build
system).

A patch for mysql 5.0.67 allows you to use this tool from staging via an
argument to oe_runmake.
