Summary: generated totally unusable rootfs
Classification: Unclassified
Product: Openembedded
Version: Angstrom 2008.x
Platform: ARM
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P3
Component: Distributions
AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
ReportedBy: 0xF777 at gmail.com
I tried OpenEmbedded many times with full redownload of all files, full
rebuilds...
Every time root filesystem is totally ubusable and wrong...
Build finished successfully, with no errors!
First of all, Debian Etch (4.0) for ARM works just fine on my board...
I never seen OpenEmbedded working on my board!.. =(
It makes my cry and panic! Help me!
One question: ARE you shure that this OpenEmbedded is usable?
1) Some broken symlinks, such as:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 2009-02-01 15:37 linuxrc -> ../../bin/busybox
istead of "linuxrc -> /bin/busybox"
2) Errors when mounting
