It seems that there is a misconfiguration on the Bugzilla, such that I am being
considered an assignee of a bug for the purposes of receiving an email, even
when I've had nothing to do with the bug in question.

e.g bug 4767 - I just got a Bugzilla mail about the change of this bug to
WONTFIX.
