While trying to build navit for n810 (chinook-compat and nokia800 in .dev) I
found that a few packages got 404's and other errors while downloading them.

dpkg_1.13.22.tar.gz
alsa-oss-1.0.17.tar.bz2
cups-1.2.10-source.tar.bz2
alsa-lib-1.0.18.tar.bz2

Could you please add alternate urls and/or mirrors for these to facilitate
building for users of .dev/.stable?
