I just checked and they have the same thing as OE :

KDE :
All voting results except for rejected votes about new members are published 
on the KDE e.V. web site, excluding the exact numbers of votes.

OE :
All voting results except for rejected votes about new members are published 
on the OpenEmbedded e.V. web site, excluding the exact numbers of votes.
