Hi OE users and devs!

I think this the first ever post to this list is it
not? Maybe I'll just be talking to me and Mickey? :)

I've thought of some packages which would be great
additions to OZ

brasero - Finally, GNOME gets a good, graphical FOSS
burning program. It would be amazing to use this under
OZ/GPE on a cxxxx!

goobox - A very easy to use wav/ogg/mp3/flac CD
ripping program.

audacity - for easy editing of sound files

The above three would go make OE a much more
'powerful' embedded multimedia platform

thunar - More powerful than gpe-filemanager yet less
memory hungry than nautilus, I think thunar is one of
the best linux file managers available.

scite - A lightweight but powerful graphical text
editor

amule - The best p2p prog

Eagerly awaiting the next OZ release!

dan
