[oe-users] Install CGI.pm in OE

Hi :)

I installed Perl (default .bb) and I'm trying to install the CGI module.
How can I build the right package?

I've been reading some .bbs, but I don't get it. I noticed that the
modules are referenced in some .inc files, but I don't know how to
build install them.

I also noticed that the CGI module is a core module in Perl.
