MACHINE_EXTRA_RRECOMMENDS should be used for such stuff. It is MACHINE 
related and it lists kernel module which can be put into kernel.
Ipkg should not fail (will fail when it will be MACHINE_EXTRA_RDEPENDS) 
when someone will change kernel config to have some modules from list 
available in kernel.
