[oe-users] Update on gumstix build

A few quick searches on the gumstix mailing list seem to indicate that
gumstix plans to move the Connex boot model in line with the Verdex
products. They have recently merged the 2 source trees and it seems that
the only difference between the two is the linux .conf file. The patch
files in the current OE tree will work with both Connex and Verdex. The
linux .conf file in the tree is that for Connex.

I'm not sure when they will begin shipping Connex boards with the new boot
model (my last batch were the old style), but they do post instructions on
how to update your Connex boards to work with the new boot method.

Perhaps it would be adequate for the OE gumstix build to only support the
Verdex boot method. Then the differences between the two
machine.confswould be minimal.
