Hi,

  Trying to compile gtk+, but get on the call to bitbake:
  ==============================================================
  %bitbake gtk+
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/skirby/Openembedded/bitbake/bitbake-1.6.2/bin/bitbake", line 26, in ?
    import bb
  File "lib/bb/__init__.py", line 73, in ?
  File "lib/bb/msg.py", line 33, in ?
  File "lib/bb/utils.py", line 196, in Enum
NameError: global name 'enumerate' is not defined
  ==============================================================
  Looks like the "import bb" is in "setup.py" which has the header "#!/usr/bin/env python". I don't have a /usr/bin/env. What comparable path should I use for /usr/bin/env?

  TIA,
  Steve
