[oe-users] pkg_config files

Hello!

I was building Angstrom gpe-image for spitz machine and enountered error with
gtk-engines and share/pkgconfig/gtk+-2.0.pc (same as in this bug report:
http://bugs.openembedded.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1909 )

Moving files manually to lib/pkgconfig made it work. But if i rebuild everything
from scratch (rm -Rf tmp/; bitbake gpe-image), i get the same error again and all
these .pc files are put to share/pkgconfig dir.

Is it a bug or my configuration is wrong?

My host system is Gentoo x86_64 and OE config is the following:
