[oe-users] bb file to use the new qtopia-core libs...

Hello.
I am currently working on a project that requires the newest
qtopia-core. I am very new to openembedded, and still have a lot to learn.
qtopia-core built and installed perfectly on to my Zaurus 5500 (thank
you SO much giel!). Now all I need to do is build my qtopia app and
load it into the zaurus. However, I do not know how to build a bb file
to properly use the new qtopia environment. Any help here would be
greatly appreciated.
Here is what I would do in a standard environment to build up the qtopia
app (please assume I am in the root of the newly unpacked source.):
cd tool #I need to move one dir farther into the source tree before I build.
qmake -unix -o Makefile
make
A single executable is produced, which should be installed into /usr/bin
I have tried to use the qtopia-core bb file as a starting point in terms
of variables, but no real luck. I managed to hack something together
that will produce an ARM executable, but it is not clean at all. I have
attached it.
Can someone please point me in the right direction on this one? I plan
on making OE the defacto development environment for this project, so I
would like to understand how to create proper bb files for the new
qtopia environment.
OpenEmbedded seems like a truly incredible build system! I look forward
to asking less "newbie" questions in the future.
Thanks!
~james
