[oe-users] ipkg-cl command

[GSP OE]

    hi,All,when i build bootstrap-image,it tell me that ipkg-cl command cannot found.
so i search that in google,only got a version ipkg-cl for arm;(
can anybody tell me where i can got ipkg-cl source for x86?
