OpenEmbedded on 64-bit Linux

Not that I know of. I am even using OE on a PowerPC G4 without troubles.
The only thing you should not do is running a 64-bit kernel with 32-bit
userland (this may happen when an existing VM is moved into a Xen
environment on a 64-bit system).

While this does not cause trouble at runtime it confuses build scripts
(uname says 64 bit, host gcc says 32 bit).
