Scratchbox Rootstrap?

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to go about getting a Scratchbox rootstrap that
would produce software compatible with the Angstrom 2007.12 release? I
have tried running 'task-sdk-sbox' from org.openembedded.stable and it
simply produces an .ipk that appears (by virtue of it's size) to be a
meta-package depending on others. Is there any way to produce a tarball
that would be accepted by Scratchbox's configure tool?
