Hello!

I have developer board IXDPG425
When I use my custom cross-compiled kernel, it is loaded without problems.

But when I have tried to load a kernel from angstrom disribution:
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/releases/2007.12/images/ixp4xxbe/zImage-2.6.21.7+svnr927-r0-ixp4xxbe.bin

boot stops after line:

"Uncompressing Linux......................... done, booting the kernel."

I read FAQ about:

"How come the kerne boot stops?
The problem may be due to a configuration mismatch. The kernel expects
to have the machine ID passed to it by the bootloader. If the machine
ID is noe what the kernel expectes then you'll see this
RedBoot> go -n 0x01600000
Uncompressing Linux......................... done, booting the kernel."

I read this note:

Note that the ixp4xx kernel expects you to have a sane bootloader that
presents the officially registered machine id and correct ATAGs for your
board.

In my opinion machine id is standard
Type ID: 790
MACH_TYPE_IXP425

But I don't understand, that I should make to load this kernel
(zImage-2.6.21.7+svnr927-r0-ixp4xxbe.bin) on my board!

Regards
Mikhail
