Help getting the OE environment setup

Hi,

I have installed all the pre-requisite software required for installation of OE, and even monotone, but I am behind a corporate firewall and have very little chances of getting a direct connection, so how do I get the OE ?

I already have the OE.bz and will also have OE.mtn database file, what I cannot do is pull the repository from the open-embedded, and since there is no easy way in getting the mono-tone to go thru' proxy, what should be done ?
