Error BITBAKE

I've tried to delete bb_cache.dat but I get the same error.
is it an unusual error?
To thomas: sholud I remove the whole TMP dir under stuuf directory?
or delete TMPDIR in local.conf?

To David:
Then typing whoami I obtain ---> root

typing ls -l /stuff/tmp/cache/at91sam9263ek/bb_cache.dat 

  I obtain:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9285624 2008-03-31 11:50
/stuff/tmp/cache/at91sam9263ek/bb_cache.dat

typing

  ls -ld /stuff/tmp/cache/at91sam9263ek

 I obtain

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 2008-03-31 11:50 /stuff/tmp/cache/at91sam9263ek
