My local.conf was already reflecting the proper location and couldn't find
any other file reflecting the former location. Also, seems if I am writing
something like:

export PATH = "${PATH}"

in the bitbake.conf file, this error disappear and the following one is
appearing:

dsavard at chadwick /openembedded $ bitbake console-image
ERROR: Unable to parse conf/bitbake.conf (classes/devshell.bbclass:6:
unparsed line: 'export DISPLAY')

Seems this is something with the parser reading the file and expecting the =
some_value when hitting an undefined environment variable in an export
statement.
